Cornerbacks Coach · Rice University Football
JaTevin Madison is an NCAA Division I football coach currently serving as Cornerbacks Coach at Rice University in Houston, TX. A former player at Texas Tech and West Alabama, where he led the team with five interceptions and earned post-season honors, Tevin brings the same competitive edge to the investment side of life.
Prior to Rice, Tevin coached at Alabama (where he helped develop Freshman All-American Dijon Lee as the Crimson Tide returned to the College Football Playoff), Kansas State (Big 12 Champions), Illinois State, and Southeast Missouri State. He also trained with the Houston Texans through the Bill Walsh Diversity Fellowship. Named one of Our Coach Network's 30 Under 30 in 2023.

Brianna Miranda is an accomplished collegiate athletic administrator with a proven track record inside Power 4 athletic departments. Most recently serving as Director of Recruiting Operations at UCLA Football, Brianna managed complex, high-stakes logistics for one of the nation's most prominent programs — an experience that translates directly into best-in-class tenant coordination and relocation support.
With a background in student-athlete development and operations, Brianna brings organizational excellence, people-first communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders seamlessly — exactly what relocation partners and incoming tenants need.
Relocation Services
We understand what relocation companies need — speed, reliability, and a host who communicates clearly. We've structured our entire operation to make your job easier.
Every room is fully staged and furnished — beds, linens, cookware, WiFi, smart TV, and all essentials. Relocating employees arrive to a true home, not a blank space.
30-night minimums to 12-month leases. We work around your placement timelines — not the other way around. Month-to-month extensions are always on the table.
Two hosts. Both professionals trained in high-pressure environments. Response times are fast, coordination is proactive, and no detail gets dropped.
Inner Loop access to the Texas Medical Center, Energy Corridor, Downtown, and Houston's major employment hubs. Your employees land where they need to be.
We support direct-bill invoicing, formal lease agreements, and documentation standards that meet corporate HR and finance department requirements.
